PREPLANNING- The preplanning meeting is an opportunity for you, the customer, to express your desires and for us to gain insight into your operation and desired end result. We will provide insight into the possibilities for your new facility and measure the proposed space.

PLANNING: Our team will use the insights gained during our first meeting to create CAD drawing for the proposed space. The planning phase can be very short or involve multiple meetings - the choice is yours. Our only concern is that the final plan matches your desired end result.

VALUE ANALYSIS BUDGETING: Our team will help explore several approaches allowing you, the customer, to see the merits of each. Choose the most attractive solution or combine components and modify the plans as desired.

CAD DRAWINGS: Our team will create CAD drawings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each laboratory system.

WHAT IF: We will help your organization play "WHAT IF?" during the planning process to ensure your laboratory meets the needs of today and tomorrow.

ENGINEERING: Properly designed and executed HVAC, electrical, plumbing and piping is critical to the success, function and safety of your laboratory.

• Rich Messick is a professional electrical engineer and leads our electrical engineering efforts

Our engineering team and industry partners ensure that the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" crossed - your lab will be safe and comfortable with the correct amount of power at strategic and convenient locations.

PROJECT PLANNING: Our project management team is experienced and will minimize the impact of construction. We take pride in delivering projects on time and on budget. You will have the peace of mind that comes with a professionally managed project and everything is covered by our End Result Guarantee.

CONSTRUCTION: We will work with your team to minimize the impact of the construction process. Our role is two fold:

1. Project Management - to effectively manage our areas of responsiblity and deliver the project on time and on budget

TAB: At completion we Test, Adjust and Balance (TAB) the HVAC system and certify all containment devices and commission the laboratory. A comprehenvise report

CERTIFICATION: Our technical services team can provide comprehensive Certification Service for all of your Fume Hoods, Biological Safety Cabinets, Clean Rooms, Laminar Flow Devices, Glove Boxes or other containment devices.

COMMISSIONING REPORT: Your commissioning report includes all testing, certification and balancing information.
