CABINET SPECIFICATIONS
FRONT FRAME CONSTRUCTION All front cross rails, top rails, side frames, toe spaces are to be 16 gauge steel, interlocked and welded for maximum load strength at front of cabinet. REMOVEABLE BOTTOMS simplify cleaning and maintenance, providing access beneath cabinet. Floors may be cleaned without removing cabinets.
INTERMEDIATE CROSS RAILS are wielded into place between every major drawer opening for rigid drawer spacing and cabinet strength. REMOVEABLE BACK IN CUPBOARD UNITS provides convenient access to pipe chase behind cabinet.
FINISHES are of the highest laboratory quality available. The newest developments in laboratory finishes are applied and baked of a minimum of 400 degrees in controlled conveyor driven baking ovens. CUPBOARD SHELVES are fully adjustable on ½" centers in all cupboard units and wall and door cases.
ONE PIECE TOE CONSTRUCTION is integral with the 16 gauge steel bottom front rail for easy cleaning, structural strength, and to prevent hidden areas of chemical attack. SOLID STAINLESS STEEL HINGES fasten with 3 screws each in the door and cabinet frame. This permits easy exchange in the event of damage.
CASE CHANNELS of 16 gauge steel, cadmium plated. Drawer runners 14 gauge steel. Nylon ball bearing rollers eliminate friction slides. Case channels are adjustable for one-half or full height drawers.
INSULATED DOORS are standard in all base units providing sound deadening.
SELF-CLOSING AND ALIGNING RUNNERS prevent drawers from bouncing open. Designed to automatically shut drawer from nearly closed position. Runner and case channel design make it impossible to jam the drawer upon closing. NYLON ROLLER CATCHES are adjustable to provide easy, quiet and positive door closing.
CAST ALUMINUM DRAWER AND DOOR PULLS are inert to chemical attack. They are unconditionally guaranteed against breakage or stripping of the fastening threads. RUBBER BUMPERS prevent metal-to-metal contact in all strategic points. This feature in both drawers and doors assures quiet closing.
ADJUSTABLE LEVELING BOLTS provide easy adjustment to uneven floor conditions. Installation is simple. Corner gusset plates 12 gauge steel with welded nuts, furnish full 2" of threading for adjustment bolts.
